Power BI in the Magic Quadrant

At EPM Strategy we have been making a significant investment in Business Intelligence – particularly in Power BI.  This is a natural extension and need from our clients that need and want Project Information.  One of the capabilities of Power BI that we have really found useful is the ability to tie disparate data sources of information together along with the scheduling information.

As with every organization, and particularly one that consults and contracts with clients about a tool, we like to have our investments validated by third party entities.  The 2017 Magic Quadrant for Business Intelligence and Analytics Platforms has come out and Microsoft Power BI is in the top right quadrant.

The following is an excerpt from an article comes from Kamal Hathi, the General Manager of Microsoft Power BI.
